I called them several times, but I was never able to reach them because they always require me to identify myself via that wrong phone number they have. ... I am locked out of my account, and the information PayPal has on my phone number, which I need to recover the password, is wrong. First I get an email with a *-digit code, which is fine, but then I am supposed to get an another one via SMS, and I do not receive it. From what I see in the digits of the number which is supposed to be mine, it is wrong, and it does not exist. **PayPal should change the phone number they associate with my account. Otherwise I will not be able to access my account, well, ever again.**I called PayPal customer service several times, but I could never reach an agent (it often reports it's a non-existent number) or resolve the issue.**Could you please help me resolve it this way?
