I have been labeled as high risk, resulting in my account getting blocked for [redacted] days. Unfortunately, my wife, who has her own account with the same address, also got cut off. This situation is affecting our ability to use PayPal, as it is the payment processor for platforms like Ebay, Wish, and Tophatter. I've had some issues with disputes and refunds where sellers refunded me before PayPal could step in. Tophatter refunded me due to sellers not providing delivery confirmations, as per their policies. Wish also frequently issues refunds for orders that are incorrect or never received. PayPal's actions have left me unable to access my account, with my payment information being held in case of any fraudulent activities. It seems they are cracking down on refunds and high-risk users, leading to account limitations and prolonged blocks. I hope to find a resolution, as this experience has made me concerned about PayPal's treatment of its customers. I've heard that even Ebay is considering moving away from them. Any assistance in permanently closing my account or finding a solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received an email yesterday regarding unauthorized transactions on April 28th. As a student, these transactions were concerning. After reporting my card stolen and having it cut off, a new card was sent to me. Surprisingly, it was the exact same card. Someone used my card to make over $1,[redacted] in transactions, which were initially denied by the bank. However, my dispute was rejected, leaving me frustrated. After receiving an email stating the bank's fault and promising a credit, I spoke with various representatives who had conflicting information. One assured me of the refund, while another claimed I would not get my money back. I am confused and seeking clarification on the situation and urging the need to resolve this matter promptly.

I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the wig I purchased from rewigs.com. I am disappointed with the quality of the wig as it does not match the color on the chart and seems poorly made. Initially, they offered me a mere 10% refund, which I found inadequate. Now, they are proposing a 15% refund if I choose to keep the wig. I would appreciate it if PayPal could assist me in securing a full refund of $80, the amount I paid for the wig. Thank you.

Since [redacted], I've donated nearly $6,[redacted] to a local horse rescue organization. The previous director was thrilled with my $[redacted] monthly contributions. However, a new director has taken over and seems unaware of my donations. Despite paying through PayPal, the current director claims to have no knowledge of the $5,[redacted] in donations. I would like to obtain a record of my contributions in order to address this issue with the appropriate authorities.

My purse, planner, phone, wallet, and all my belongings were stolen from our car. I reported all my cards stolen. Despite this, PayPal still approved transactions on my card after it was reported stolen. They acknowledged it was a technical error on their end and assured me they would refund all charges made after the reporting date. They are also sending me a new debit card and account number. PayPal has permanently limited my account for [redacted] days, and the new debit card they are sending will be canceled. I have no pending transactions or chargebacks. I understand they won't lift the limitations, but I just need access to my funds to pay my light bill. PayPal admitted none of this is my fault, yet they are holding $[redacted] of my money without justification. I simply want access to my funds.

I would appreciate clarity and speed. I have been on the phone for three days trying to make a purchase with you. I have been a loyal customer for five or six years without any issues. Unfortunately, I can't get any transactions to go through. I have tried reaching a person, waiting for hours. Can someone please assist me? I am weary of this situation. If possible, please call me at [redacted]. I am eager to resolve this so we can continue our business relationship. If not, I will have to discontinue. Thank you and have a blessed day.

My home was broken into between 6-8 p.m. on May 31st. The police recommended contacting my credit card companies as two cards were used. The Summit Credit Union Visa card was used at 8:09 p.m. at the Daled Group, seeming like a stealthy PayPal group, and my Priceline card was used at 9:03 p.m. at VPR Brands, a Vap Products seller. I am eager to track where the items were sent and what was bought from the Daled Group. It was a shock to discover the break-in and unauthorized card usage on PayPal. Please reach out to me. Thank you, M.W. at [redacted] or [redacted]

Subject: Re: Your PayPal claim (Case ID PP-D-[redacted]3) Has Been Denied Dear Sir, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by your response to my claim. It is evident that the website is a fraudulent scheme, and the product will likely never arrive or will be a substandard imitation of the advertised item. This lack of action on your part is shielding deceitful practices, which ultimately puts your customers at risk. Could you please provide me with guidance on how to address this issue promptly? In the meantime, my husband will work on halting the payment to PayPal for this purchase. I find it hard to believe that a reputable company like yours would condone supporting dishonest sellers when a simple Google search could reveal the truth. Additionally, I must note that the payment would not have been processed had I discussed this matter with your representative earlier. This is a concerning issue that may pique the interest of the ACCC. Yours sincerely, BDBent Sent from my iPad

I have been unable to access my account since the beginning. I submitted my bank contract, VA ID, and paper license since mine was lost. I have called about 6 or 7 times, waiting 2 hours each time, but I am still facing limitations. Changing to a business account did not resolve the issue; I thought it would help as my stepson and I use the same phone. This situation is frustrating as I have a $[redacted] credit line that I cannot use. I need this money for us, and not being able to access it means I am unable to get any loans or assistance.

I have a balance on my business PayPal account that I am unable to collect due to limitations. The account was flagged as "banned," but I was told the funds would be available in December [redacted]. When trying to withdraw, PayPal asks me to link a bank account, but does not recognize the valid bank account and routing numbers I provide. I just want to access the funds I am owed without any further issues.

I have noticed unfamiliar charges on my bank statement under the name 'PAYPAL'. Unfortunately, I am facing issues accessing my account despite using the correct login information. Whenever I attempt to reset my password, I encounter an error message. Even after receiving a reset security code, I still cannot proceed due to repeated errors. I have waited on hold for 45 minutes multiple times to speak with a customer service representative, but no one has answered. This lack of customer support is extremely frustrating. I urgently require assistance as these unauthorized charges are impacting my finances. Kindly contact me at [redacted]6 at your earliest convenience to address this matter promptly.

Dear lildudetv bernard, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding balance of $[redacted] for the down payment on the [redacted] Touring VIN# 2C3KA53G16H308315 that you owe me, Betsy Burnett. Despite three payment periods passing, I have not received any attempts of repayment from you and all forms of communication have been ignored. Please be aware that PayPal offers buyer protection and refunds within 60 to [redacted] days from the transaction date. Consequently, if necessary, I may pursue a reversal of all payments. To allow you to make alternative arrangements, I suggest reaching out to Terrence Dover regarding the $[redacted] down payment. As a courtesy, I will inform Mr. Dover about the situation to avoid any unexpected inconveniences for him. Time is of the essence, and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, Betsy Burnett

Dear team, I recently relocated to Thailand for an extended period. I am facing an issue updating my mobile number for security purposes on my account. However, the security message is being sent to my old mobile number, which I no longer have access to. I need assistance in updating my mobile number to my new one in Thailand, as I currently cannot receive any messages on my old number. I attempted to contact PayPal through the suggested numbers on Skype, but unfortunately, I was unable to connect. As an alternative, I am reaching out via email for a solution. Please advise on how I can proceed with changing my mobile number, and I am ready to provide any necessary security information. Thank you, J. Bayliss

Hello, I recently received an SMS notifying me of a USD [redacted] withdrawal from my bank account connected to PayPal. The deduction was made by Issuu, an online platform for publishing work. On May 10th, I signed up after seeing a headline about free publishing on Google. I selected the "Basic Plan Free," but was directed to a premium plan, which was misleading as it did not align with the initial offer. I believe Issuu should have guided me to the free basic plan I initially sought, instead of the paid premium one. This confusion can mislead users, especially newcomers. I did send an email immediately after the deduction, but have not yet received a response even after several days. Hoping to resolve this, I am seeking a partial refund due to the significant impact of the USD [redacted] charge on me. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best, Jasper

Hello, I recently received a speaker at my home on 58 Sandy Lane, Orrell, Wigan, WN5 7AZ. Unfortunately, my card was hacked, and this speaker was one of the unauthorized purchases made using my card. The hacker had it sent to my address. I have since changed my card details to prevent further fraudulent orders from being placed. The unauthorized transaction was made by Atrum Kalenichenko, Unit 2, Bermuda Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9RU. The fraud occurred on my old card, and I am requesting that the funds be refunded to my account. I am 78 years old, suffering from stress as confirmed by my doctor. I have already cancelled other orders made with the compromised card. The speaker in question was item number [redacted]5 on eBay. The email address associated with the order could not be changed, leading the product to be sent to my address. The purchase was made from a shop in Guernsey. I communicate via email as I have hearing difficulties. Thank you for your assistance.

I attempted to transfer funds from my PayPal business account to my business checking account. After a 20-minute discussion with a customer service representative, I was informed that the transfer was denied. They mentioned that an email would be sent to the registered account number, but I did not receive any email, and the transfer was not processed. If I am unable to transfer this money, my corporation will incur significant costs. I urgently need the transfer to be completed.

I was browsing on eBay to purchase a mobile phone when I came across an advertisement for a Samsung A5 from a company named Fishpond. I placed an order for one for myself and later ordered another one for my wife. Recently, the mail carrier delivered a package I thought was my phone, only to find out it was a book about the phone instead. The listing did not mention it was a book, and I reached out to the seller to inquire about returning both items. I received an automated non-responsive message assuring me of a reply within 24 hours, but nobody has contacted me yet, and it has been three days. I paid approximately $[redacted] for each phone and I am looking for assistance in getting a refund. Thank you.
