Return and credit ... I order a product from NEWROCKIES Inc. The product arrived on Monday the **th of January ****. The product, GM passlock bypass, did not come with installation instructions. I contacted Newrockies via email, they responded the same day with a link to the instructions. When I accessed the website I did not find the instructions for my vehicle. I email them again to which they replied that their product does not support my vehicle. I requested address and return information to which they replied with a copy of their first response "they do not support my vehicle. When ordering the product on their website I was required to enter the year and model of the vehicle it was to be used on, which I did. They sent the product although they would have been aware of the fact that my vehicle was not supported. I have since requested the return information again and have received no response. the product has not been open or any attempt made to install. I am only requesting to have my credit card charge reversed and to be able to return their product.
To order the part a mandatory field is year and make of the vehicle. Which clearly stated it was for a **** Suburban

Product was paid in full thru PayPal. I reached out three times requesting information and have received a one sentence response.
