Many years ago, One of our employees opened up a PayPal account, for our business, under her name which we have been using ever since. That employee has been gone for five or six years. We have tried, repeatedly, over the years to change the account to our corporation so the agency does not have to go through this nightmare again. There is apparently no way to do that. No way at all. So we gave up and for the last two years have just been trying to replace the old employees information with one of our directors.Two years later that has not been able to be accomplished either.**So we would like to cancel the entire account and we will just sign up with a different payment system than PayPal where we could sign up as a business.
