I was trying to file a PayPal dispute based on the fact they sent me the wrong television I returned it and then they mailed it back to me and now refuse to give me an easy prepaid way to send the television back to them this wasn't what I ordered and I've spent too much time dealing with them. ... I opened a resolution case a couple weeks ago. At that point I was confused by the options given by PayPal at the resolution center and click the button other I explained in detail that I was sent a wrong product and if inferior quality and when I returned it to the seller they sent it back and in the process neglected to pack the box correctly and the Box got damaged. When I contacted Lazada to ask for another prepaid label for me to mail back the return there were many problems and issues there bar codes that they had posted on my account did not work when I took them to the post office I spent many many hours in fact days dealing with this their solution just mail it back at on your own money and then we will see if we can refund that money back to you I do not think that's fair why did they return the items they did not give any reason why did they send an inferior item that was worth **** but less than the TV they pictured which was ** by * not a square television. And the way that Lazada has handled the case I feel is unfair and makes little if no sense. In the meantime I looked when your resolution center was working and not down for maintenance at the case and saw the only way I could continue to respond would be to click a button about disputing a charge which I did erroneously I guess and then received promptly a note that my case has been closed. Why is your resolution center down so often? When I go to the email us then it says oh we're not able to do that at this time. This was frustrating because I felt that PayPal who advertises a resolution based on the fact that you're sent the wrong merchandize and repeated attempts to have the company make sense out of the transaction including them returning the item back to me with no reason and not offering me a refund would make it seem that it would be eligible for PayPal Resolution. No PayPal seems to have maintenance issues on the resolution area of their site and also the email area of their site. What can a person do?
They could make it right by PayPal not automatically closing an account because their interface is so confusing it does not make it easy for them to even consider your case. They did not recontact me and because the system was down so often I feel PayPal deserves to refund me the total cost of the wrong item sent to me and then tell Lazada that their money that I paid them is being refunded.
Had other instances where I received items from Lazada southeast Asia without a hitch. This television was an exception though it was fraught with strange errors like the barcode on that label didn't work when I took it to the post office I spend a half a day trying to ask them why and explain only for them to say oh you can't use your phone you have to go to a PC then it will work. Well I tried I mailed it and then the warehouse promptly returned it back to me with no reason. Now unless I forgot money to mail it to them with the hopes that they will refund my money I have no way to recoup the money that PayPal advertises can be recouped considering they sent me the wrong item and all the issues I've dealt with them with attempting to return and get a credit for the item.
I have multiple emails from Lazada I made phone calls for a whole afternoon trying to explain to them that know their shipping label does not work at the post office and only by escalating it to the supervisor did she mention that all we have a slight problem with the phone application go to a PC and then try to print out a different label. I did that. Mail the item. Got it returned three days later with no reason. Call them again ask them for another prepaid label. They refused saying they cannot do that they don't know how. It's fraught with ridiculous excuses. And I have absolutely no response from the company c s e who sold the TV to me through Lazada.?
