Won't let me add money and won't tell me why

Add money ... I can't believe how ROTTEN your customer service was to me tonight. I was kept on hold for almost TWO hours and then your hateful customer service rep transferred me to a number that said "our offices are currently closed." After I waited for almost TWO HOURS. I am trying to add money from my bank account to my paypal account and keep getting a message that says "there is a problem adding money, if you need help contact us" so I clicked "contact us" and got a worthless message saying that the "resolution center is undergoing maintenance." So I called the number and got a live person who was utterly UNHELPFUL. She put me on hold for ** minutes and then transferred me to another person who was UTTERLY worthless and asked me the same question FOUR times. Then HE put me on hold for ** minutes and then without telling me, transferred me to a number that said "our offices are closed, call back tomorrow." I am too disgusted for words. YOU put the problem message on my account. YOU need to tell me why. I HAVE to be able to use my account. This is NOT acceptable.

They refused to tell me why l am not allowed to add money and then kept me on hold for hours before transferring me to a RECORDING!

Take the block off my account!

I work online and buy everything on line and use paypal all the time and don't deserve this

I can't do anything without they're help and they won't help.
