I have been waiting an hour! on the customer service line waiting for a rep to answer! This is my issue:*Paypal has double charged me for sending money to another person through my Paypal account. On or around July **th Paypal charged my bank account **.**--which currently appears on my account. The same amount to the same person appears on my Discover-it credit card for the same date. Paypal said that credit card charge would be refunded as soon as the bank transfer went through successfully (I had put a stop payment on a Paypal transaction many months ago and didn't know the bank had not lifted the stop payment on bank transactions). Now I have the same **.** transaction (to Ellen Roberts) on my bank account and Discover credit card account.
GetHuman-fitzells did not yet indicate what PayPal should do to make this right.
