I have a $** transaction pending on my paypal prepaid card from Harrahs Ak Chin hotel from July *nd. I have called Harrahs * times now with the usual run around (basically wait ** working days.) anyway I called Harrahs again and they said I need to call my bank and have the pending dropped. There is no customer service person and one of the options gives me a different number to call. It started off as the usual recording but then I get somebody with an India accent trying to “give” me a shopping certificate, etc...and then will only have to pay $** a month for ID monitoring services, magazine subscription and another $** for savings of benefits after ** days. I then get * different number to call for various things then says she’ll transfer me back to customer service and my phone then tells me call failed. I’m not really happy about this whole ******** situation
