I was sold a phone under false information. They said it was new and it was not. They tried to convince me that they did not write that it was a new phone but if you look at the title of the item you will see it specifically says new phone. The case has already been opened. The problem is that we are leaving the country on Monday and we have already left the house we were living in that the phone was sent to. I was told by a customer service representative that the money would be refunded to me even though I can't return the phone. I just want to make sure this is going to happen because we're leaving on July *nd and I don't want to be stuck with an old used phone that was sold to me as new without a way to return it. And I totally don't intend to spend $** to return a phone that I was lied to about. I also need a return shipping label which I did not receive nor do I have a way to do so at this point
