Paypal Dispute Case* ID: PP-D-**********Filed a dispute case in PP's resolution centre, on the advise of Ebay who said that as I paid through PayPal, I was covered by Ebay's Protection programme.*I purchased a Hot Champagne Bridal gown which was not up to my expectation and the Seller 'Integrity*** accepted to take the item back and give a full refund of £**. Ebay gave me until the **th Sept'** to dispatch the item to the Seller which I did on the *th of September through Royal Mail by International Standard delivery. I sent a copy of the Certificate of Posting to Ebay as well as to the Sellers as evidence of postage. Now the Sellers deny receiving the parcel and so the Customer Services at PayPal have made a decision to close the case which I challenged as I have upto the **th October ****. Numerous emails between me and Seller is heading to no resolution. I contacted Paypal on their freephone number and persuaded them to open the case. But it was barely ** hours, when the PayPal Service Team, closed the dispute. The Sellers deny receiving the item to date and keep switching their argument to different matters like, 'you did not put the Postcode on the address' How would they know this or even assume this. PayPal does not seem to be interested. I sent them an email in their resolution centre under Section ** of the Credit Protection Act **** to resolve this matter and to pay me under the Chargeback scheme but to no avail. What is the next step to get my money back. Please help. Thank you for your patience. Gillian Horrell
