I would like to remove my daughter, Pamela Donahue, as my power of attorney for my checking, savings, money market, and CD accounts. I want to add my other two children, Anne V. Christopher and Paul F. Christopher, as joint account holders. The relationship with Pamela has become strained, and it is best for her to focus on her stepmother's estate, managed by her husband. Pamela and I have difficulty communicating, while my daughter Anne maintains a positive attitude towards Pamela. At the age of 94, I want to address this issue and move forward peacefully.
