My parcel is showing address problem

If your parcel is showing an "address problem," it might be due to several reasons like an incomplete or incorrect address, unavailability of the receiver, or difficulty in locating the delivery address. As soon as the problem is highlighted, Parcelforce will attempt to resolve it. They may attempt to contact the sender or recipient, or cross-reference the address with their database. If the issue can't be quickly resolved, the parcel may be returned to the sender. Please ensure that future addresses are correct and complete to avoid this issue.
