WENT TO PANERA AS I SOMETIMES DO, PURCHASED $**.** OF GOODIES ON DECEMBER **. AS A MEMBER OF "MY PANREA" I GAVE THEM MY PHONE NUMBER. SHE TRIED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND COULD NOT FIND IT IN HER SYSTEM. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR YEARS AND KNOW IN DECEMBER I MADE PURCHASES AND HAD NO PROBLEM PRIOR TO THIS VISIT. I KNOW I HAD SMOE POINTS ON MY CARD. WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND MY NUMBER IN THE SYSTEM I WOULD LOSE ANY POINTS I HAD ACCUMULATED. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MY RECORD GOT "ERASED". I WILL WAIT FOR A RESPONSE FROM YOU BEFORE I SIGN UP AGAIN. I USED THIS PNONE NUMBER (***) ***-****, THIS IS MY CARD NUMBER, WHICH I DID NOT USE. MAYBE YOU CAN FIND MY ACCOUNT AND RESTART IT AND ADD MY LATEST PURCHASE TO MY POINTS, CARD ***** **** ****, REG CODE:****.*THANK YOU
