The issue in GetHuman-shanedio's own words
The past three times that I have been to my local Panera Bread, my order has not been fulfilled properly. *Today (********), I went and ordered a bagel to go using one of the in-store kiosks, however, I was told after paying that there were no more bagels.*Two weeks ago (********), I ordered a smoothie at the same Panera using the Rapid Pick Up app. I got to the store at the designated time, waited ** minutes, and then had to leave. The staff was unable to help me with my order.*A few days before that (*******), I ordered a meal with a fruit cup as the side. The food took around ** minutes to be ready and I was then told that they had no more fruit cups.*It would be nice if I could get some sort of compensation for the food I paid for and never received. All three of these orders were paid for using the same Panera Bread gift card* if that's of any help.
