Hello,*My name is William Huffman and would like to reach out.**I am a Liver Transplant*Cancer patient of UCSF Medical, Mission Bay in San Francisco.**My Spouse, of ** years, and I live **** miles north of*San Francisco and need to travel to San Francisco for various appointments, treatments and procedures at UCSF.**We have been advised by our UCSF Medical staff to plan on being in San Francisco for appointments**on August *th* and *th, requiring overnight stays. This was a shorter than usual notice and is required travel for us.**Thanks to the American Cancer Society and the Hyatt Concentric at Fisherman’s Wharf, we have accommodations for the nights we need to be in San Francisco for medical issues.**We are both retired seniors on a Very limited income, so when we are required to travel to SF due to medical issues, especially on short notice and over night*stays are required, it sometimes becomes a financial burden for us.**We would like to ask if a Complimentary or Extremely discounted lunch at your Panera Bakery Cafe, on King St., San Francisco, that we could partake of between the times we are required for appointments.**I’m trying to make it less stressful than it already is and *to possibly have something positive out of the trip.**My Medical staff contacts, appointment schedules and hotel reservation details would gladly be supplied for validation of our request.**Many thanks in advance for your time and kind consideration.*William Huffman
