Help with my Panera Bread issue

Panera Bread's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-dwoodwo a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-dwoodwo's own words
I fell inside the New Port Richey FL store. I fell inside the entrance door of the New Port Richey, FL store door at approximately *:** PM, or so, on **-**-****. I ALERTED the store about my fall immediately. A customer alerted the store as well. The assistant store manager asked me if I was "ok", and it was not a genuine question and was simply asked because the customer that saw the fall was concerned. AT THAT Point in time I was "OK". Within, ** minutes I was hurting after I left the store. The assistant store manager did not give me any information to call in the event I was hurting once I arrived home that evening. I called the store after arriving home because I was treated so poorly in the store upon trying to order a carryout. I watched as others received their orders prior to mine. I was upset knowing I was being passed up after telling them about my fall. I waited several minutes waiting for my food. I was not given any number to call in the event I would be hurt afterward. I was offered an extra cinnamon bun after I complained about waiting so long . ( please check your register and the camera's as the manager suggested to me on the phone. My son was listening to the call as well when we called back.) As you know, it takes a while for the pain to set in as I am sure you have trained your managers, and if you have not trained them during training sessions you need to complete this training. I just had back surgery so this was the wrong time to happen. I called back and the first time I called someone hung up on me after I waited to speak to a manager. Nobody in the store would have known to call me back because nobody took my information after the initial fall. After my son called back, he talked to Brian and he started to lie, so I jumped in and I was VERY UPSET because I am in PAIN!!!!!!!! He said, " WE have camera's" almost denying my fall. He was rude. Hopefully, you have camera's at the entrance to your store because it was a bad fall and your management was HORRIBLE to me!!!!!!! Geoff ( my son ) just said to me, "Brian was more concerned about covering his butt and mentioning the cameras than your injury and What a bunch of jerks. You need to teach your managers to treat customers better. Brian also said to me," you only waited * minutes and ** seconds" What the heck kind of a response to that to an elderly woman who just fell in your store and had watched several orders be filled prior to her order? Don't give the excuse, we had to special order your order because YOUR MANAGER SHOULD HAVE ADDRESSED ME DURING MY WAIT TO MAKE SURE I WAS OK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET IT?????? YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS!!!!!! DON'T EVER TELL YOUR MANAGER TO TELL A CUSTOMER WE HAVE TIMING AT THE registers AND cameras* IN THE STORE!!!!!!! CALL ME BACK. DEBRA WOOD *** *** **** YOU WON'T CALL YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ATTORNEY TO CALL!!!!!!!!*************in the store. (At the entrance)
