I would like to follow up the repair service (******** & ********) of our PLDT internet connection. I requested several times that i am available on Oct ** (Sat)in the morning. I waited for your technical representative but no one showed up. I hope that PLDT should improve their service for what the subscriber pays for. It is very disappointing that my simple concern was not properly and immediately resolve and given enough attention despite of sending several emails and done several calls on your customer service hotline ***. Kindly investigate why this technician did not showed up*endorsed properly the concern. I don't know his name but this is his mobile number (***********) This technician ignored my text messages. I hope you will address*resolve this situation so not to experience by other PLDT subscribers.***HOPING FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.
