I was trying to get an immediate from PLDT about the issue of my defective modem and telephone unit ... I'm Mario Magno a subscriber of PLDT since ****'s, my landline number is ** ********. My issue here is a request for repair and a replacement of modern and telephone unit. My ticket numbers are ******** sent via phone last Sept. *, ****, ticket ********* sent last Sept. **, ****, ticket ********* sent Tuesday, & ticket********* sent also last Tuesday. My modem has no power since Aug ****. I always call *** but representative that I've talked always promise me that my request for repair has been dispatched already to field technician but no technician come to my house ever since i reported my problem and it was very long time already. I visited your office in Dona Soledad Paranaque last Sept *, ****. I've already visited you office in Paranaque * times already and I talked to Rafael in booth number * in PLDT Paranaque . He said the he will do what he can do to fix my problem about the modem but until now no technician come to my house to fix the issue. *Araw araw ako tumatawag sa *** kahit d ko ma contact nagtatyaga ako. Kasi kailangan talaga namin ng internet because of online study and work from home. Wala kayong action na ginagawa. Nagta tyaga ako pumila ng madaling araw sa PLDT better living para mapasama sa **persons na allowed everyday. Please sana ma aksyunan nyo kaagad ito matagal na rin kami subscriber sa PLDT at I see to it to pay my bill on time para hindi ma disconnect at ayoko mangyari un. Ngayon lang naman kami humingi ng favor sa inyo na sa loob ng maraming taon na pag subscribed sa inyo sana naman mapuntahan na itong request ko na palitan ang modem at telephone unit namin. Lahat na paraan gagawin namin para lang maibalik ang DSL namin. Maliban sa sira mga unit sobrang bagal pa ng internet samantalang malaki ang binabayaran ko. Last Oct. * pumunta ako sa office Paranaque nagpa downgrade ako and I'm assisted by Rafael again kasi natapos na ang lockin period ko sa telpad kaya gusto ko ma downgrade sa plan *,*** with speed **mbps para naman bumilis but until now hindi pa rin na process kaya pumunta uli ako sa office nyo Monday Oct **. Saan ba dapat kami magsumbong para gawin nyo ASAP ang problema naming ito. Nagbabayad naman kami ng maayos pero yung serbisyo nyo dapat naman maayos din.
