i am ELMA VELASCO PEPITO*My account no:***********Telephone no:***********i am realy angry becuse now more than one month no function my land line and internet conection too. I went PLDT Makati head office more than * times result it. Then they said send tecnition to chek and result my problam this month June * came tecnition but he didnt bring key ok my eria main box and he tel cant open box with out key he promise to me he will come next day but didnt came. I went again makati main office after then promise to ne send again tecnition. and again **th of June came same tecnition before that time he was bring my eria main box key but that time also he tel he cant touch this line he said have another tecniton for this line . I dont undastand and realy angry. Now so.many people here my eria angry no function your service and so many wants to change to other provider for conection. Please result my problam send good tecnitiin as soon as if not me to cancel pldt and go to other providing company. Please answer soon i am wait your reply
