This is regarding your letter which i received last March **, Saturday, demanding me to pay P*,***.**. **FYI, on November *, **** i called your customer care to report about the crackling sound in our landline telephone and no internet connection we are experiencing. Your CS agent even noticed the crackling sound because we can't hardly hear each other while we were talking. He told me "mukhang may diperensya nga line nyo, Maam." He told me he will report this to your technical team and gave me this reference no. ********. I informed him also that all of us are working so there might be no one in the house to let them in except our yaya. He told me the linemen will fix it outside not inside our house. Nobody came to fix the problem. I kept on calling your hotline again and the only answer i get is a voice recording that said my complaint was already forwarded to the technical department blah, blah, blah. Until we noticed that our landline is completely busted, no dial tone and our internet cut. *Early this year, my maid told me some men from PLDT came to our house twice but unfortunately we weren't in the house. Nobode came again after that.*Last February, i was in my brother's house in another barangay in QC and i saw linemen fixing my brother's landline and internet connection because he also experienced the same problem like ours. When I told them about my complaint that took so long to take action, one of them told me "Maam, nitong January lang po kami napasok as sub contractor sa PLDT. Dahil po sa issue nila sa endo." So i gave them our account name, Fermin D. Obispo and address for follow up. And he recorded this on his cellphone. *Still nobody came until now and we have no landline and internet connection until now.* Why will I pay for services that i am not getting? It is us who should be demanding for rebate for the months we paid but not getting the right services from you. *I hope this matter will be settled. You can reach me by my mobile number ***********.
