Recently I made a purchase via your official website and I have received a mail saying that my order processing has been failed because you were unable to verify my information. I have made online purchases before and up to date, I have not faced any problems similar to this. I have contacted my financial institution and they confirmed the payment has gone through. Furthermore, as you have requested I’m quoting down the order number and my contact number.
