Hi, we booked flights to Taiwan via Shanghai with China Eastern Airlins with opodo. We now learnt, that due to the Corona Virus, we will be put into quarantine in Taiwan for two weeks upon arrival, which would be our whole holida. After talking directl to the airline, I was told, that we could cancell the flight and get a refund as we booked prior to the **th of January. However, we need to cancell through opodo, who simply NEVER answer their phone. I have sat in the waiting loop literaly for HOURS only to have the call cancelled!!

GetHuman4371391 did not yet indicate what Opodo should do to make this right.

How GetHuman4371391 fixed the problem
The main problem was, that we could simply not get hold of opodo, as one can only contact them by phone. I literaly had my phone ringing for hours. After another *:** hour wait in the loop, I finally got through and could cancel the flights. We are now hoping, that the reimbursement will go through without any further problems.
