All too many times, complaints are most of the comments people make about a service, but today I want to compliment * of your employees in your "Loyalties Department". His name is Paul, (sorry I do not have his last name, but if you pull my account up, I'm sure you can find it). Myself and my husband are both on disability, and since the first of the year it seems all of our bills have gone up in price, most recently our house payment went up almost $***.** due to homeowners insurance going way up. We haven't had any claims, and when I asked them why, they just answered that they are going up all over the U.S.. Then this month, when our Onstar automatically came out of our checking it had gone up also. Granted, it only went up about $**.**, but right now every dollar is getting harder and harder to get, so I called and got transferred the Loyalty Dept., and the person I got was Paul. He listened and I could tell he genuinely cared. He helped me with my bill, and when we were thru talking I thanked him from the bottom of my heart. I have spoke to other places where our bill went up, and had no success. But Paul was such a sweet and caring person, I wanted to let you know what a wonderful employee you have. Please give him some kind of commendation, because he really deserves it. Please thank him again for me, because he made me feel like someone cared. Thank you, Leola Rutledge (***) ***-****
