I finally go through with an agent on the phone after an hr and a half wait, but we got disconnected somehow. I was hoping she would call back but she didn't so I am on hold again for probably another hr and a half. I normally file online but for some reason it didn't recognize my pin so I called in instead and was just in some kind of hurry and didn't claim my earnings of $***.**. So, I need a correction to my claim for week ending Aug. **nd ****. Can you help with this issue?
