Due to Covid** laid off on March **nd. James T. Wayne, claiment ID *********. I have * weeks of pending payments but have never received any money. I am desperate and in distress. I am **, I have no money and after paying my house payment on May *st, I will have no money left for bills, for food, fuel, anything. I have tried many times to find out what the problem is but my efforts are futile. Phone lines are clogged. Attempts on line are only one way, I put in my problem but never even get an acknowledgement. Is anyone out there? On Tuesday I will be filing for my *th week. I cannot believe it could go on this long. Did I do something wrong? Is it something my company SP PLUS INC failed to do? Should I re-open a claim or just continue to stack up unpaid claims. Please someone read this and help me. I am really at the end of my rope.
