I called to place an order. I was on the phone with "Rosa " for ** minutes. I am in receipt of a "Small Business Month" discount of **% off. After being on the phone ** minutes I still was unable to place my order. I was told at least ** times "just a second". When I ask to speak with a supervisor (several times) that never happened!!
I trust that Office Depot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
