Hi, I placed an order for ** items online for store pickup and my credit card was fully charged, I had received an email confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. When I went to pick up my items, I was told that due to an online pricing issue, they only can provide me with * of my ** items. I drove over ** miles to grab my items. I was very unhappy about this. Never once did I get a phone call from the store or Office Depot online saying that they were unable to fulfill the order. In the past, if I ordered an item and they found that it was no longer in stock, I would’ve received an email or call notifying me of such. I would like my order to be honored as I paid in full and it was confirmed that my items were indeed available for pickup.
GetHuman-klleces did not yet indicate what Office Depot Corporate Office should do to make this right.
