I bought our Samsung S** Galaxy in March **, ****.*I work for sales and marketing for Hilton Hotels.*Last Friday, all Hilton users were prompted by our Hilton Team under Identity Login to change our passcode, which I did and immediately I could not access my Hilton email from my Hilton issued laptop and this unit docked to our Hilton Server in the office.*My Administrator at work, assisted and as LONG as I am hooked up with the Hilton server at work I am fine. '*I logged out of work at *** pm this past Friday, June *th.*Since then (remotely from home), I cannot access my Hilton Email on my Hilton Issued Laptop. It is requiring a * step verification* e.g. we've send a notification to your mobile device. BUT where? I had Authenticator App uploaded and there is no code, nothing coming in. And on this App I try to add my Hilton email account AND I cannot because it is not accepting my password that I just reset on my Hilton Identity Site?? I cannot do anything if you send stuff to my Samsung Galaxy S** cell hone ***-***-**** for my *****@***.com work email address
