The issue in GetHuman-jmnd's own words
On Friday evening ******* I went to dinner with a couple of friends. I ordered the Fish & Chips and asked if they could put * (two) extra pieces of fish on the order and I would pay the difference. When I got my food there were only * pieces of fish and when I got my bill they charged me $*.** for the plate of fish & chips and an extra $*.** for each of those * pieces of fish. So I paid for a $*.** fish & chips meal I didn't get and then also $*.** for the * pieces of fish they actually gave me! My bill was $**.**. I actually should have gotten a Fish & Chips meal with * pieces of fish and then * extra pieces at $*.** each making my bill right around $**.** before tax!! I didn't notice this until I got home and was deducting from my check book and realized I was way overcharged. So I called and talked to Randy and he did not take my name or anything, just told me to ask for him next time I come in and he would make it right for me!! I just don't feel like the situation was treated fairly!! We eat there about once a month and love the service and food, altho our service was a bit slow last night. But I just felt being overcharged by almost $* something else could have been done other than to tell me to look him up next time I come in!
