My wife and l were on the NCL Sun (sailing dates * June *-* ****) that was to go to Cuba. In route to Cuba we were informed that we were not going to be allowed in because of government issues. So NCL ‘said’ by a letter that was delivered to our room on board that we would receive half off this cruise (Cuba cruise) and half off a future cruise with NCL. That sounds all good but when they ,NCL, did issue our refund , it was not half. Not even close to half ! So I have tried to call NCL several times and been put on hold with a wait time of * plus hours before next operator will be available each time I called. I have even tried their call back system, which has not worked either. SO-I need an answer as to why I received back far less refund than half on our Cuba cruise! What’s up NCL ???*Please show this to all as I do not think we are the only ones with this problem!
