I am totally dissatisfied with Pride of America's change in itinerary for its June * sailing, which I knew NOTHING about until I logged on to your site. WHY weren't we notified? The last update we had told us we would be spending a day at sea. We get that. You can not control the volcanoes. HOWEVER, you have moved the Maui dates back a day. We have now lost our reservation to see the sunrise at the summit. (Days we are in port are now sold out.) Trying to book a snorkeling tour in Maui since our tour at Kona is gone. Guess what?!?! They are sold out!!! My rental car is now $***.** more. **WHY did you move the Maui dates? Our group of ** had reservations made on the days you said you would be there. **We get Kona and Hilo being gone for safety issues. We don't understand why you needed to move the Maui dates.**If we could, we would cancel everything. This much is for sure. Our group of ** will NEVER sail Norwegian again and we are yearly cruisers. To our huge circle of fellow cruisers, we will be advising them to stay away from your cruise line.**Your lack of consideration for the plans of your customers is the number memory we will have for Norwegian Cruise Line. We are anxiously awaiting your response to this email. Will you make a human connection or will it be a "sorry about that, too bad" connection?
I trust that Norwegian Cruise Line will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
