I am making you aware of the challenge I have regarding my bank card which was cancelled and want you to be aware that you cant do an automatic payment and secondly that I want to take the offer of the cheaper plan of * years that was offered to me ... My email address is *****@***.com. On Sunday at *:** pm I received an email informing me that in * days time my membership is going to be renewed by an automatic payment. At *:** pm same day, I received another email about a *- year plan special offer at $**. **First and foremost I would like to inform you that my bank card was compromised so my bank, Citibank cancelled it. The bank sent me an email today informing me that the new card has been Fedexed and I will receive it on Thursday, ** May. So the automatic payment is not possible because the old card I used when I bought the subscription last year is cancelled.**Secondly, I want to believe that the offer of the *-year plan is cheaper than the * year plan I was on. So in that case, I would like to go for the cheaper offer.
