I was trying to get the piranha plant DLC fighter through the promotion of registering my game card before January **, ****. ... I emailed Nintendo through the customer service website in late January and again in early February about registering my super smash ultimate game but never receiving a piranha plant DLC code. I did not get an email back and would like to speak with a representative because I registered my game within the time period but did not receive a code, I would really like to get a code so I can finally play as piranha plant
This was especially frustrating because I emailed Nintendo through the customer service website in late January, and then in early February in case my email was not received, and still haven't heard back.
They could make this right by emailing me my piranha plant DLC fighter code.
I got the Nintendo Switch for Christmas of ****, however I have had the Wii, Wii U, and DSi, and grew up with these consoles. I have never really had an issue up until this one.
