The issue in GetHuman-uvoncha's own words
On **.**.**** we bought in Germany nike soccer shoes price *** Euros. Two weeks later the material get rid off in front of the shoe. The customer service explained us to send the shoes to nike Netherland, because of not buying the shoes in a nike store, we have to send them to the netherland. We bought them at a nike partner shop at M*nchengladbach. *On **.**.*** the shoes arrived at nike Eindhoven, but untill today we heard nothing about them. I think material of new shoes with a price of *** Euros won't get rid off after two weeks. And becsuse of this it belongs to the guarantie of two years by nike. When we hear something about you because of the shoes? *Because of our son playing soccer and sending the shoes to Eindhoven, we have to buy a new pair of them. So we have one pair of shoes in use and paid for two pairs.*Best wishes

Why should I be a bad customer, only because of reclaiming?

Customers of the nike stores Germany said they sometimes get new shoes after one week. But when buying in nike-partner shops that only will be regulated by nike Netherland.
