I just received my latest invoice and it did not take into account four missed deliveries which happen to be *-Thursday and *-Sunday (Premium Issues).*I called you directly, was on hold for ** minutes and a representative finally got on. After hearing my problem she attempted to put me on hold to check my account but inadvertently (I hope) cut me off. I dialed back in the the recording said to call back tomorrow. Mike Bachley ***.***.****
