To Whom It May Concern,**I cancelled my membership by going to the NY Sports Club Morris Park, NY on Dec **th. I left a written letter and advised the front desk customer service agent to please give the letter to the Manager. I made a copy of the letter for myself. I have " NOT" received a call from the Manager acknowledging my cancellation. I need to cancel my membership *********. **Thank you,**Madeline Aguiar
