I joined NYSC in Nesconset New York January **. My brother already has a membership. Scott was the manager at the time and told me if my brother and I go on the same charge card we would each get a $** credit which would have been $***.**!!!! To this date I have gotten NOTHING!!!!! I have spoken to the new manager * times with no success about this he keeps telling me I will get it and he doesn’t know why I haven’t gotten it yet. it was supposed to be ** days from when I joined I should have gotten this refund and I never got it !!!!!!!! My name is Nicole Schneider my brother is Christopher. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND my brother has been a member since **** really this is not how to treat a customer with such long standing. We are both going to cancel our memberships if I do not get the refund off $***.** that Scott promised us.
GetHuman-ourkids did not yet indicate what New York Sports Clubs (NYSC) should do to make this right.
