Hello, **Your emails were going to my spam so I unfortunately just received this email. I updated my card info last week and my past due invoices were never charged. I went back on the site and it says that my card info needs to still be added but I already did, how much are you trying to charge ? I went through my invoices and also realized the charges are for a bunch of unexplained amounts on unassigned dates.... I was double charged for the month of February, I was charged $**.** for the month of March (when my month payments are $**), I was also only supposed to be charged for the last month and a half of my membership before it was ended (Totaling $***.** and instead I was charged $***.**), AND LASTLY my final membership cancellation invoice reads for $** but I was charged $**. Your invoice literally reads “cancel fee $**: member agreement”. All of these suspicions charges equal to be a total of over $*** more than I should have been charged. There is plenty of money in my bank account currently to cover the correct charges totaling $***.
