I have not received a paper delivery now for * days and repeated calls to your customer service reps has not resolved the problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said he*she was not available but would call me back. Needless to say I have never heard from anyone ! It seems my only alternative now is to cancel my subscription. Please help to get this delivery issue resolved... it seems you need some real help in the customer service area. Coincidentally, after sending my e-mail to the Post, the paper was delivered by a "new" delivery person who I just happened to see driving up my block to deliver today's paper! He explained the prior person quit and he was learning the route for all the old customers. It was good that I spoke to him and now will wait and see if the deliveries will continue as before. My only complaint is that the customer service should have advised me this was the case and I would have understood the problem. Need better communication here and we will all be happy (hopefully)...F. Simon
