I am reaching out regularly regarding a persistent issue with my paper delivery. Despite numerous calls, the problem continues with the paper frequently missed or not even arriving on the correct day. This ongoing frustration has been going on for months. The responses I receive when reporting the problem on the [redacted] number are always the same, promising a follow-up which never happens or the assurance of a delivery by the end of the day, which never materializes. It is disheartening to be misled repeatedly as a long-time customer. I am contemplating canceling my subscription due to the worsening situation. If reliable delivery personnel cannot be found, it would be better not to hire them, or if they are unable to fulfill their duties, necessary actions should be taken.

I have been experiencing repeated missed deliveries of my newspaper. Each time I contact customer service, they only add a note to my account, which does not resolve the issue. Despite numerous notes on my account, the problem persists. I am seeking a different phone number to reach the circulation department, as I need assistance beyond the current customer service representative who has difficulty with English. I have prepaid my subscription annually, so this is not a payment problem. My request is for a permanent solution to my delivery problems. In addition, I have not encountered any issues with Newsday deliveries, leading me to believe that the carrier service for NY Post needs improvement along with their customer service quality. Being a homebound senior citizen, I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

The newspapers are consistently being left outside the building instead of being delivered inside. Despite paying $68.76, I have not received credit for many missed papers over the last two months. Even when the papers are brought indoors, they are being taken by whoever gets there first. I have been a subscriber for years, and the joy of finding the paper at my door in the morning is why I pay for this service. Having to go out to get the paper diminishes the experience. I hope this issue can be resolved. Thank you.

For the last two weeks, we have been experiencing delays in receiving our newspaper, sometimes not receiving it at all. Our previous delivery person was punctual, delivering it every morning for our breakfast reading. This situation needs prompt resolution; otherwise, I will have to cancel my subscription. I'm unsure of the exact number of missing papers or how many times I forgot to claim credits for them. I wanted to report some concerning behavior I've observed online. There are individuals bullying a woman from Texas, even going as far as tracking down her old Twitter accounts and harassing her. This group, who support #Harry and Meghan, are displaying troubling behavior. I'm worried about the woman's safety.
The main bullies are known as New Yorker, Sally Jones, Ann Tulla, and others. They are causing distress not only to this woman but to other members in various comment sections as well. Is there a way to take action against them, such as closing their accounts or issuing a permanent ban?
I sincerely hope that some measures can be taken to assist and protect this woman.

For the last five days, our newspaper has consistently been delivered between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., which is not acceptable. The delivery service in my area is unreliable. Receiving the paper at that late hour makes it old news by the time it arrives. On three of those days, I ended up buying an early paper at 9 a.m. despite having a subscription. I am paying $73 a month for this service and expect a more efficient delivery time. If this issue persists, I will need to cancel my subscription.

I have subscribed for 20 years, and I'm facing more problems now than ever before. I asked for the paper to be placed on the porch since the occupant is disabled and unable to go downstairs to get it. Most of the time they comply, but it has been a week of daily calls and no action has been taken. Additionally, we have not received the paper for three out of the last five days. Customer service has only offered empty promises. It should not be so difficult to place the paper on the porch or even deliver it directly.

For several months, I have not received my paper despite it being available in stores nearby, which forces me to go out to get it. This month alone, I have missed papers on July 2, 8, 16, and 18, as well as June 6, 8, 15, and 16. This problem has been ongoing throughout the year. If I miss one more paper, I will be cancelling my subscription. I live in an area with many other customers who are also dissatisfied with the service. Often, the paper arrives late, causing further frustration. The service is extremely poor, to put it bluntly.

On July 30th, we temporarily stopped our newspaper delivery service at [redacted] N Hills Drive, Hollywood, FL [redacted] for 10 days. Despite making 11 calls and numerous follow-ups, I have not received any communication from the district, local, or head manager as promised. I provided both my husband Ari Blaine's contact number at [redacted] and my own, but have not received a single callback. It has now been 16 days since the pause, and we are still not receiving our paper. In the meantime, I've had to purchase the newspaper daily at $3, in addition to the monthly fee we are already paying. This lack of service is incredibly frustrating, inconvenient, and unprofessional. I am requesting assistance in restarting our paper delivery promptly and reimbursement for the additional expenses incurred during this period. Thank you, Ari and Simone Blaine.
