okay okay I was mailed a NetSpend card in my name and the last numbers of the four numbers I can't read because a lighter actually melted against it and I don't have it activated I do have a direct express account and I have **** dollars in it I have a routing number and a bank account number from social security today but I don't have a direct Express card my dog and I are hungry and I wish to activate somehow a card or a card number and then one be mailed to me or use this one if I can get the last four numbers and I can run it on a credit card reader by punching the numbers in my number is ***-***-**** room ** I'm crank Crowley my last three of my social is **** and **** is my DLB so if anybody can help us because I haven't eaten for two days and my dog hasn't eaten for the same and I have a card number of ****-******** and then
