My name is Lois Burnham Smith, Yesterday October *, **** I had gone to the store to shop with My card * ***************** exp. date ***** had been declined I called customer service and I found out someone had tried to take out money from my card that had not been authorized. YES I became very upset because all my food of course had been bagged and I asked if they could override the lock on my card for this purchase and was of course told NO Again I got upset and yelled at the person, they said I would have to wait for another card to arrive. I know I shouldn't have yelled at them I am VERY SORRY. any way I Called today October *, **** and wanted to ask a Question about my Auto Draws, If My Auto Draws from this card would be charged $**,** because of the Lock on the Card and they informed me I had no account with them. I then went to my e mail to find out that they reported Lost or Stolen and that I had to Order a New Card. and that is not true It was locked because of the Unauthorized Purchase. But when I tried to order a new card through the link they provided It told me That site wasn't available. I tried like * times with the same message so what am I suppose to do now.
