I was locked out of a account that I have been accessing since **** X Wife is primary on the account, through court order we cannot contact each other! Reason she is the primary on the account is I was in between of renewing my insurance license and I needed to finish writing the account or else loose it well my X Wife license was current so we did the commission deposit through a Netspend according with her being primary, now my X wife works for Aflac as a district coordinator by law she can’t except money from a outside company! I am the Massmutual agent we never had a need to do anything to the account as far as making me primary till now! Why I don’t know as it stands with the court we both have a no contact order! I am suffering with what’s going on with this Virus and need my deposit for necessities the fraud department has been no help and down right rude and unprofessional I have been with Netspend for over ** years and they have * accounts after I resolve this issue I’m closing both accounts!
