You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I was at a music festival in San Francisco yesterday and I got an alert that someone withdrawn cash from an atm. Two separate transactions, one for $*** and another one for $***. They also were able to check the balance on my account first before taking money out. I looked at my statement and got a .** cent charge for a balance inquiry. I thought I had lost my card So I quickly looked in my Wallet and i had it with me the whole time. I tried to log in online but the internet connection was so poor I couldn’t log in. Calling was also a struggle so it was hard to call and cancel my card before they make anymore transactions. I had to buy something while I was at a festival so I used my card once to buy something also to show proof of my location at that time. I finally was able to call to cancel my card after about * hour. Then when I got internet last night I was able to check my transactions on the app. It says that the transaction was made at Debit: ATM Cash Withdrawal at Wells Fargo Ban ***** VENTURA BLVD WOODLAND HILLUS. **I’m no where near this area at all and I also have proof of transactions showing what city I was in before and after this transaction so there’s no way I would have been able to withdraw the cash. I don’t know how they can take money out without physically using my card or having my pin. I just want a refund back or at least a temporary credit while they investigate. I’m now scared to even continue to put money on this account because I’m not sure if they have my whole account information.
