please be advised that this NetSpend cardholder is dismayed from the fact that my premium discount is being withdrawed $** a month. NetSpend contract stipulates that if I deposit initially more than $*** I would be put on the motley free Advanced plan. how could that be so when you are withdrawing $** a month instead of *. This needs to be corrected and I must be placed on does NetSpend Motley free Advanced plan (*) the NetSpend phone service calls are rigged to where we are giving our account balance in which I never asked for my balance, I am being charged for not asking for my balance. (*) when calling NetSpend service phone number I am not allowed to speak to anyone other than the answering machine and that Answering machine always trick me into giving me my account number to be charged for reading off my balance. (*) when I check my balance through phone call is incorrect at ** hundred and something. when I put it in the ATM machine it reads off correctly. There exist a need to be refunded immediately. I thank you in advance respectfully respond my email please.
