I was talking to a tech support worker a few minutes ago to help me reconnect Netflix and she disconnected my account. We now don't have Netflix and I am very upset. We both are seniors and my husband has cancer and is on dialysis. This is our entertainment especially when we don't get out accept for appts. And now covid-**. *We have a pkg deal and are paying over $***.***month. We have lost Netflux at least * times in the past and never were we asked to disconnect our acct and restart it. I had an email address and password written down but it doesn't work. *Is there anything that can be done to reconnect to Netflix. We have been through so much since last April and this is just icing on the cake. *I hope somebody can correct this error and reconnect to Netflix ASAP. Thank you. Fred and Linda Gale.
