I was asked to rub screen to see what point I may or may not have won but as I pressed play now to rub screen a message appeared to say this game has already been played, but I did not play it ... Why when I tap on the screen to play earn extra points, does it keep saying this game has already been played when I have only just shopped and not even rubbed the screen to reveal what points I have just won or not
This has happened now on at least *** occasions whilst they may only be ** or more points, these still add up
By sorting out the problem as to why this happens
Since Nectar took over the Sainsburys loyalty card and I am a Sainsburys staff member
