Issue is a charge imposed each quarter for at least the last * quarters on Siebert Acct CXT-****** of $*,***. This is said to be a FEE charged to the DIVIDEND account relating to BP PLC. **While there are BP shares in the account, there is no reason known to use for any fee, let alone such a high fee to be charged to the account. **Is there anyone other than Carlotta and Charlotte entitled to make transactions on the account? If so, who? Where did the money go? To a checking account? If so, is it one with the two sisters as joint owners on that account? We would continue to ask all questions relative to "what are the fees about, and are they legitimate. .**Frankly, those fee charges (i.e. * x $*,***) look fraudulent, perhaps embezzlement? Although I don't want to think so, Siebert has been in corporate turmoil (taken over) and my requests to speak to the one in charge since Muriel Siebert has passed on drew no specific person named as an answer. We do need an explanation of those "unbelievable unless well explained" high fees. ** I have talked several times with Siebert about this issue, and they seem not to know what is going on.
