my husband and i love your soft batch chocolate chip cookies. but we've had a few issues with the amount of cookies in the bag. the tray holds * sections of * cookies each. only the last few times we have gotten a bag we've had issues,,,the first time we were missing half of one tray. so it was *,*,*,,,another time we were missing one whole tray leaving just ** cookies total,and just today the bag was again missing half of one tray. though we know mistakes are made this is the first time we've had a problem like this. something needs to be done. perhaps the people that manage your quality control need retraining,,,,or maybe just bring your "baking" back to America and leave mexico behind......but for now either a refund for a bag of your cookies or a coupon for a free bag would be a good start. thank you Nancy Hohman **** *th Street Baltimore, MD. *****
