I recently tried the Oreo Thins Chocolate Cream cookies and fell in love with them. However, I have been unable to find them in stores after they sold out. I am unsure if they were a seasonal item, but I hope they are not discontinued. I would appreciate any updates on their availability as they have become my favorite kind of Oreo Thins.

Dear Customer Service, I, writing on behalf of Anna Marie Cleary, purchased 2 packages of Oreo Brownie Cream Filled on November 26, [redacted]. A package from Circle K store #[redacted] in Tucson, AZ looked as though someone had taken a bite out of the corner. I have a picture as proof and can send it to you if needed, or I can return the product. Please contact me via email at [redacted] to address this issue. Sincerely, Craig Fall

I am writing to address an issue with the packaging of Oreo cookies sold by Nabisco. A recent purchase from Publix revealed that the package had been opened, with a row of cookies missing. This raises concerns about the security of the packaging, as simply peeling back the tab allows easy access to the contents. This poses a health risk and enables product tampering. I urge Nabisco to improve the packaging to prevent such incidents. Without reassurance of safety, I will refrain from purchasing Nabisco items and will inform others of this experience, possibly escalating it to the FDA. As a precaution, I disposed of the entire package of cookies. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Upon seeing the commercial for the Oreo music box, I was immediately interested in purchasing two as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, when I added them to my cart, I encountered issues and was unable to complete the purchase. By the following morning, the price had increased significantly, making it even more difficult to acquire them. Despite enlisting the help of a friend to try purchasing on a different device, we were met with a message stating they were no longer available, with uncertainty if they will ever be restocked. I was truly disappointed as I had set my heart on this unique music box when it was initially priced at $19.99. It appears that limited quantities were available, leading to frustration for those looking to buy it as a gift rather than for resale at a higher price. As a senior on a fixed income, this experience has left me disheartened after all the excitement from the advertising. A significant letdown indeed.

I contacted customer service at the end of November and spoke with an employee who seemed unfamiliar with their job responsibilities. I informed them that I purchased 4 boxes of rye Triscuits with caraway seeds, but they all contained original Triscuits instead. I suggested that they notify quality control about the issue. The employee mentioned sending me a $5 coupon but did not seem to grasp the severity of the situation. I reiterated that all 4 boxes in front of me were mislabeled or had a quality control problem. I have checked three different markets in my area, and they all face the same issue of incorrect products being packaged. I would appreciate a clarification on this matter.

Hello, I am Edna M. Sanchez, the oldest daughter of my late father, Liborio Brito, who worked at Nabisco in Chicago for 29 years before his retirement. He mentioned having life insurance through Nabisco, supported by clock number [redacted] at [redacted] S. Kedzie Ave. After his recent passing, I found related documents in an envelope. Our family wishes to provide a headstone for his grave, but financial constraints are a concern. I am inquiring if there are any benefits or money my father is entitled to through his life insurance with Nabisco. Thank you.

While enjoying a delicious snack of Oreos last night, I unexpectedly discovered a piece of metal in my mouth which could have been quite dangerous. After removing it, I observed glue and small hairs stuck to the metal along with residue from the Oreo filling. This incident is alarming as swallowing it could have resulted in internal injuries. The metal piece, with a black color and a gold rim, seems to have come from a machine. This experience has raised serious concerns about product safety, especially if a child had consumed it.

Dear Concerned Party, I am reaching out regarding an issue I experienced while consuming your product. Last week, I was enjoying Nabisco Ritz Crisp & Thins, Salt and Vinegar potato and wheat chips when I bit down on something extremely hard, resulting in the fracture of two of my teeth and the loss of a filling. The chip in question was very dense and did not break, but my teeth suffered damage. I believe this was unintentional, but it has caused me significant harm. I am currently in need of dental assistance and would like your team to consider a reasonable amount to cover the cost of fixing my teeth. I have saved the chip and have photos available for your review. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that we can come to a mutually agreeable solution that addresses the issue at hand. Sincerely, John L.

I recently bought a box of Ritz Football Tailgate Crackers, and upon opening the last sleeve today, I noticed that nearly all the crackers were broken. This isn't the first time this has happened, leading me to stop purchasing Ritz crackers for a period. Despite the boxes always being intact, the crackers inside are consistently broken, regardless of where I buy them. Today, my child had to take broken crackers to school for lunch, which isn't ideal. While I understand this isn't a major issue, perhaps the company should consider improving its packaging to prevent customers from having to discard a significant portion of their crackers due to breakage. I have pictures to illustrate the problem.

I have been purchasing Cheese Nips for many years, and recently I have noticed that when I buy them, at least half of the box is filled with tiny broken crackers. I believe that there is an assembly line for this product, so I am confused as to why the boxes are being filled with so many inedible pieces. I am requesting some boxes of Cheese Nips that do not have a significant portion of the box filled with crumbs. Considering the current financial challenges, treats like these are rare, and I don't want to open another box with only a fraction of it containing edible chips. If this issue persists, I will have to consider switching to a competitor. Given my financial situation, I rely on food stamps to cover expenses. Therefore, I hope to receive boxes with quality contents soon. Thank you.

As an 84-year-old retired clergyman, I have always enjoyed an evening snack of Nabisco Saltines or Ritz Crackers with cheese or peanut butter. I have noticed over the past two years that the Saltines seem to have changed. Many crackers in each of the four stacks are broken beyond use, and they often crumple when I try to butter them. The crackers no longer fill the old thin Nabisco box to the top, and it feels like I am losing about one-third of each pack in a box. I believe there may have been changes made to the recipe or ingredients that have resulted in a product that is not as satisfactory as it once was. I feel I am getting less value from each box I purchase, and I would like to see improvements made. Thank you.

I recently sent an email regarding breaking two teeth on Nabisco's sea salt and vinegar cracker chips I bought from Mariano’s in Downtown Chicago. Despite no response yet, I want to address this issue amicably before involving legal action. I believe this was an oversight rather than intentional harm. I have the cracker, photos, and dentist receipt. I hope to hear from a Nabisco representative soon to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you, John Lantry.

I have been a longtime consumer of Nabisco products, particularly the Premium original saltine crackers. Recently, I bought two 1 lb. boxes and noticed they appeared slightly darker than usual. Initially, I dismissed it, but upon tasting them, they had a burnt flavor. This was consistent across all four sleeves I opened. I have not yet used the other box to confirm if it's affected too. I don't mind a deeper color, but the burnt taste is disappointing. I purchased these from the Walmart in Irwin, PA at the start of December. This issue is a first for me, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Thank you for your consideration.

I've been searching for Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers in Southwest Virginia with no luck, even after visiting multiple stores. A store manager in California also faced difficulties ordering them. Despite the high demand, it seems Nabisco is facing availability issues. These wafers have been a staple for my family for over 60 years, especially during the Holidays. It would be helpful if Nabisco made them more accessible, even through online purchasing to avoid inflated prices like the $80.00 per box on Amazon.

I recently bought a box of Ginger Snaps on 23Dec2018, my favorite cookies. Unfortunately, they weren't as gingery or crunchy as I remember. They also seemed smaller. I bought them at Piggly Wiggly in Columbus, Ga. I hope you can make them like they used to be. I also miss the Oatmeal Raisin cookies. Were they discontinued too? I enjoy your products but had a bad experience with the ginger snaps. Thank you.

I have been purchasing Premium Minis for a few months and initially enjoyed them. Lately, I have been disappointed. The last few boxes have been overbaked, with the crackers appearing too brown and having a crispy, easily breakable texture, distinctly from over baking. They lack the delicious taste they once had. Both my coworkers and family agree that they taste "burned." I usually keep a box at work for snacking and noticed the change. I thought it might have been a bad batch, so I quickly bought another box, only to find the same dark color and altered taste. Originally, I preferred the Minis over the regular Premium Saltines, but now I am switching. Recently, I tried Mini Club and Town House crackers and found their taste and quality to be consistent as usual, unlike the Minis. I won't be buying Minis anymore unless the original recipe is brought back. If the Minis return to their lighter, not overbaked state, I'll happily purchase them again.

Hello, I am Susie Saleem, a senior at Cristo Rey St. Martin and the founder and president of the school's FIRST Black Student Union. Located in Waukegan, Illinois, Cristo Rey has a predominantly Hispanic student body, with 96% of the population being Hispanic. As a minority group at the school, I believe it's important to highlight and address the needs and struggles of African American students as well. Established in October [redacted], the Black Student Union aims to celebrate Black culture and provide a welcoming space for students. We are working towards fundraising for a senior scholarship and supporting a chosen organization. Our goal is to create a lasting impact, foster a sense of community, and raise awareness about our culture. One of our upcoming events is a dress down day to honor Trayvon Martin by wearing hoodies and selling snacks after school. To make this event successful, we are seeking donations of Nabisco cookies. All proceeds will contribute to the senior scholarship fund, which benefits a deserving senior at the end of the academic year. Thank you for your support. For any inquiries, please reach out to me via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted].

I recently bought a box of Nabisco's Ritz Crackers (12 Fresh Stacks) and found what I believe were a couple of overcooked crackers. Upon closer examination, I discovered a substance on one cracker that resembled peanut butter when rubbed. This concerns me greatly as it poses potential risks, especially if someone with a peanut allergy were to unintentionally consume it. I am disappointed in this oversight and the possible implications it could have, especially for the safety of individuals with allergies. I have documented this issue with photos and had hoped to email them to you, but was unable to find a contact email. Moving forward, I believe it's essential for your company to be aware of such incidents to uphold the quality and safety of your products. I plan to return the box to the Walmart store on Cunningham Drive in Hampton, VA where it was purchased.

I have a concerning experience to share about an individual who works at NABISCO. I caught a glimpse of his name tag, which I believe read Shawn or Jashawn. He appeared to be around 5’8 with an average build. While at Winco in Springfield, Oregon, I overheard him making derogatory comments about women, sexual assault, and rape. His remarks about blaming women based on their attire or intoxication were disturbing, especially in the current era of the #METOO movement. It seemed like he was upset and possibly under the influence, as he was talking quietly to himself, potentially on a headset. The situation worried me due to the presence of others, including children. As a woman and a survivor of sexual assault, his perspective alarms me. I feel it's important to report this behavior to the company, as he is a representative of NABISCO and his beliefs are concerning.

To whom it may concern, I have been a consumer of Nabisco snacks since the name was changed from the National Biscuit Company. I’ve seen products come and go, but my current favorite is Sociable crackers. As a teacher, I appreciate the six shapes and use them for math lessons with my students. They love the activity, which we fondly call "eating math." These crackers are also fantastic for teaching symmetry and problem-solving skills. Unfortunately, the recent boxes I've purchased seem to contain mostly broken pieces, some too small to be used as intended. Have there been changes to the production process or is there a way to ensure better handling during stocking at stores like Walmart or Kroger? I would greatly appreciate any assistance in obtaining more intact crackers in all six shapes for my classroom lessons. Thank you, Sayra W. Location of purchase: Walmart on Kingsland Ave. in Katy, Texas Product code: AP219 (Expired: 27JUL19) Issue: Broken crackers Solution desired: Improved packaging for future purchases
